Write a brief on what the article is going to be about: "How to use an Aeropress stand".

This blog post will guide you through how to make coffee using an Aeropress stand. The Aeropress stand has a few benefits over the contraption that comes with your kit. First, it lets you brew coffee without having to worry about spilling hot water all over your counter top or floor. Secondly, it's easy to store and doesn't take up much space at all.

The Aeropress is a simple and ingenious coffee brewing machine that has seen more than its fair share of success. In the last few years, there has been a great deal of interest in Aeropress brewing due to its simple design and lightweight nature, making it ideal for travel.

What you will need:

- A Kona coffee beans package (or grind)

- Glass measuring cup (with lid) - I recommend using a thermometer as it helps control the temperature better. Your average glass cup probably won't do up to 550F so find a replacement!

- Plastic wrap (I like to use freezer wrap) - this is just for extra insulation.

- The Aeropress stand, of course.

- Paper filters

Step 1: Measure out your coffee and water in the appropriate amounts. Also, preheat the boiler to 130 degrees Celsius so you will be ready to go when you are. I personally like to use a thermometer so I make sure it's at 130 degrees Celsius - that way you don't have to wait for the indicator on your boiler to pop up (This is especially important since the paper filter will take some time to reach this temperature.)>>

Use a funnel or pour slowly until they are all in there. When done, clamp down your stand's plunger and put on lid tightly. (if you don't have a lid, just put the top on the glass container). Stand it upright on your burner, place a towel underneath to prevent any heat damage to your countertop.

Now wait for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take off the lid, takes some coffee out and give it a taste. If it's too bitter or too sweet, adjust accordingly by adding more water or coffee (respectively) and then stand again for another 10 minutes. If you feel that it is done brewing, then gently tie the top of the bag and drain out all of the water into your cup (or directly into your French press).

For the water, you'll want to use cold water. As with most things in life, colder water will give you a smoother taste than very hot water. Since this is hot brewing, it's probably a good idea to put the water in the fridge for a bit first. Or if you are using an insulated container as I recommended earlier, just wait till it cools down enough before adding your coffee grinds.

If after all of these steps, you still don't feel that your coffee tastes right, there is one more thing that you can try: tweak the grind.

Coffees have different levels of oils and subtle flavors within each bean type.
